Returns

Small Planet Supply Canada (SPS) accepts returns on items in resalable condition (1) without a restocking charge in the first 30 days (2) after your order.

Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. SPS does not accept returns for orders after six months, or for products within three months of expiration. No returns are permitted on special order items.

To return your product:
Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMA's can be requested by email to sales.canada@smallplanetsupply.com. Include your name and order number, as well as the reason for the return. You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return your items. If SPS pays for the return shipping, it will be deducted from your refund total (if any). Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your items and confirmation of any refund.Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. (3)

Terms
(1) Resalable condition is defined as the product being in like-newcondition. The product must be undamaged. The full contents of the product must also be present, including, but not limited to: mounting hardware, instruction manuals, manufacturer’s packaging, etc. If any of these are not returned or are damaged, an additional charge up to 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund.

(2) Returns are accepted if merchandise is received back at our facility within the return timeframe, which begins at merchandise receipt. Merchandise receipt occurs on the day the delivering carrier (including SPS) delivers the shipment. Otherwise, receipt is the day the merchandise is picked up from SPS. You are responsible for ensuring merchandise is returned within the return timeframe. SPS is not responsible for delays by any carrier that cause a restock fee to be incurred or a return to be denied. Any damage incurred through return shipping is the responsibility of the payer of that shipping.

(3) If the refund amount is unsatisfactory, the merchandise can be sent back to you at your expense, which must be paid before shipping.
